Release Date and Price
Steam displayed July 29, 2026, while the official launch announcement gave July 30, 2026 at 01:00 UTC+0. The apparent difference is a timezone display issue, and price information must be treated as a dated regional snapshot.
Release date and time zone
The Steam store date captured in the research is July 29, 2026. The official launch announcement states July 30, 2026 at 01:00 UTC+0. These statements can both be true because storefront dates are displayed in local or regional time while the announcement uses UTC.
When discussing a launch event, include the original time zone instead of converting it into an unlabelled local time. This prevents an article from creating a false contradiction. Subsequent launch events, maintenance windows, and regional availability should each be verified against a dated official notice.
Dated US price snapshot
The official launch information recorded a US Standard edition price of $24.99 and a Deluxe edition price of $39.99. These are useful historical reference points, not a promise of today's checkout price. Store region, taxes, edition contents, and active promotions can all change the amount a player sees.
The correct purchase workflow is to open the official storefront in the player's own region immediately before buying. A price page should preserve its capture date, currency, edition name, and source. Third-party price pages can be useful for discovery, but they should not override the official store.
How to use news responsibly
Official Steam Community announcements are the primary source for release, maintenance, balance, and seasonal news. A guide may summarize an announcement in its own words, but it should link to the dated original and distinguish released content from plans. This protects readers from treating a roadmap item as a live feature.
This page intentionally does not state permanent discounts, regional prices, or future content dates. Those claims require a current official source. The confirmed information is the historical release timing and the dated US launch-price snapshot described above.
